On November 25, 2011, Tsinghua LM students visited two law firms in Beijing. One is King&Wood, the other is Paul Hastings.
King&Wood was found in 1993, and now is one of the best and largest PRC law firm. Two partners gave the introduction of King&Wood at the beginning. Students were impressed by its wide service range and big clients. In the Q&A, the two partners introduced the difference between PRC law firms and international ones, and then pointed that PRC law firms are expanding and taking over more and more service from international law firms. Paul Hastings is an international law firm with 18 offices in Asia, Europe and the US. Two lawyers gave the students an enthusiastic speech, then arranged them an office tour. Students showed great interests in applying for internship in these two famous law firms.
