Monika Prusinowska from Yingke’s International Department was recently invited to lecture at two events organized by the trade and Investment Promotion Section of Poland’s Embassy in Beijing. The seminars centered around the key aspects of investing in China, and were specifically organized for Polish investors. Monika spoke about arbitration as an alternative to litigation in China.
The first seminar was held in Beijing on September 13th and was organized by the Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs for representatives of major companies from West Pomerania in Poland. The second speech took place in Chengdu during the EU-China Business & Technology Cooperation Fair VII on September 25th and was featured during “Polish Enterprises Seminar” targeting Polish companies from the IT/ICT, aviation and energy industries.
Other notable speakers included: First Secretary of trade and Investment Promotion Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Beijing, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in China, as well as representatives of EU SME Center, China IPR Help Desk, Technopro China and EU Project Innovation Center.
Monika graduated from Qinghua Univeristy with a master degree in Chinese law, writing her thesis on specialized aspects of arbitration in China and Poland.
