On the 25th of September, a party was held for celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival, which falls on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar.
In this party, the students enjoyed delicious food, including various fruits, dessert and Moon Cakes, which is the symbol of Mid-Autumn Festival. At the same time, many Chinese traditional activities were offered. A Chinese girl performed Erhu, which is a kind of Chinese traditional instrument with two-stringed bows. Some taught the students to practice traditional calligraphy with a Chinese paint brush, while others demonstrated the art of Chinese paper-cutting.
After the party, students enjoyed the full moon with Chinese students, which is a symbolic activity on Mid- Autumn Festival.
