On April 25th, the students had a tour visit to the Qing Long Gorge. It’s in Huai Rou District in the northwest of Beijing.
There were many peach flowers and pear flowers all over the hills. Before lunch, we had sightseeing and took photos along the hill. Then we had a special lunch made of many local specialties. After that we walked up along the road. At the end of it, we took the cable car up to the top of the mountain, where there was a good view and also we could watch a destroyed section of the Great Wall closely. On the top, we were all exited. Then we had a boating on the lake. At the big dam, some students had Bungee jumping and rappelling.
Though it was a little cloudy and windy, we had a good time there.
